About Kim

Kim helps her clients maintain balance, structure, and grounding in their private world. Being brought up in a small-town farming community, Kim naturally gravitates towards a simple and organic lifestyle. She helps her clients to nurture old-fashioned values that have been proven to bring health and wellness in their lives.
Kim is a self-taught nutritionist and keeps engaged in ongoing studies in nutrition, nutritional psychology, and personal development. Kim worked with Dr. M. Emran and his company, SpringCure where she trained to design and facilitate corporate wellness programs.
Kim “walks her talk” with how she teaches her clients to realize that everyone wants someone else to do it first. Kim has led the way by adjusting her food intake to provide herself with the best nutrition for optimum speed, endurance, and recovery. Since August 2021 Kim has been running three times a week year-round, and competing in 5 5-kilometer races in Canada and the USA.
Kim provides support and encouragement to “Just Do It” (like Nike). Everything that we do in our lives, including the way that we eat, comes from our habits. And our habits can be changed, and our health habits now will predict our future health, for better or worse.
Kim is also the author of the upcoming book “The Last 20 Pounds, Letting Go of What Weights You Down”, and she is also creating fun videos, on simple and easy-to-prepare vegan foods on her YouTube channel “Kim’s Kitchen”
You can find Kim at her office at Above And Beyond Massage Therapy Clinic, where she is providing another extra non-medicinal, holistic practice, and beneficial service to clinic clients.
