A: I will help you in preparing your own meal plans, but I will share recipes with you

Q: Will my coaching programs be covered by insurance?

A: Yes, if your insurance plan covers you for counseling, professional/personal development, and nutritional counselling. And if you are a business owner or self-employed contractor, you can deduct your program expenses under professional development or training.

Q: Why did I get into coaching?

A: Even as a young child I have always loved teaching and aspired to be a psychotherapist so when the modality of coaching became popular, I trained with one of the most rigorous coach training programs in the world to become a certified professional coach, and then I further trained in the niche of health and wellness coaching.
My passion for food and love of cooking leads me forward every day, in discovering how to use food and a healthy style for the purpose of avoiding pharmaceutical drugs in treating illnesses, diseases, and conditions in your body, mind and spirit. I have personally changed my eating habits many times, and now I can teach and coach others how to do the same.

Q: How does the coaching process work?

A. We meet for a complimentary first consultation (online or in person) to discuss your goals and future outcomes. We will then come to a mutual decision about whether or not we are the right fit to work together.
Then I assist you in choosing a program that would best suit you and the assessments and work begin in the next session together. And there is always homework to be completed before the next session. The homework enables you to put in the practice necessary to cement what you have learned.
